What happens after you hit send

No black hole. No "thanks, someone will be in touch eventually". Here's how every brief we receive actually gets handled.

  1. Reply within one working day

Every brief gets a personal reply from Aidan, our Head of Digital, within one UK working day. Not a templated "thanks for reaching out", a specific, considered response with the questions we need answered to give you a useful quote.

  2. 30-minute discovery call

If the project's a fit, we book a no-pressure 30-minute call to understand your goals, constraints, and timeline. We share what we'd recommend, what we'd avoid, and whether we're actually the right agency for the work. Sometimes we say no.

  3. Free audit, where it makes sense

For Google Ads, SEO, and WordPress maintenance enquiries, we run a free audit before quoting, so you get value out of the conversation whether you sign with us or not. The audit is yours to keep, and you'll usually find issues worth fixing regardless.

  4. A focused proposal within 5 days

Scoped commercial and technical proposal landing in your inbox within five working days of the discovery call. Clear pricing, clear deliverables, clear timeline. No ambiguous "from £X" pricing or vague scope creep clauses.

What to include in your brief

The more we know upfront, the more useful our reply. If you can share any of the following, we'll come back with sharper questions and a faster route to a real quote:

  • The business problem you're trying to solve (not just the deliverable you think you need)
  • Any timing pressure, launch dates, campaign deadlines, contract renewals
  • Rough budget range, even if approximate, saves both of us time if it's not a fit
  • Existing tools and platforms we'd integrate with (Shopify, WordPress, GA4, your CRM, etc.)
  • Links to anything you've shipped or run before that's relevant, past sites, ad accounts, content
