About Peak Digital
The AI Marketing Agency That Earns Its Acronym
We're a UK AI marketing agency that delivers what most retainers promise but quietly under-deliver on. Senior people on every account. Daily progress - not monthly review meetings. The output of a team many times our size, at the fee of one our size. Same retainer band as a small two-person agency. Far more work done, far more consistently.

Most "AI agencies"
An off-the-shelf AI subscription with a new logo on the deck
Bought a tool, slotted it into the same agency model that's been running since 2018, then put "AI-powered" on the homepage. The pricing didn't change. The staffing didn't change. The volume of work that actually ships didn't change.
The buyer gets the same retainer rhythm as before, kick-off, slide deck, three weeks of silence, monthly review call, with a few extra blog posts that read like everyone else's blog posts.
The Peak Digital difference
A custom-built AI-assisted marketing agency operating system
We've spent years building Peak Digital from the ground up around a different model. Senior people make every judgement call that matters. The rest of the work compounds quietly in the background, on every account, every day.
The result, as a client, is what shows up on your account: more work shipped per pound of fee, more eyes on more details, faster fixes, no quarterly cliff. Things that quietly break on most websites, a 404 that started returning, a Search Console alert nobody read, a category page that lost a ranking overnight, don't sit unfixed. They get caught and dealt with the day they appear.
What we do
End-to-end digital across the channels that move pipeline. Pick the one that's the bottleneck, or run the lot under one retainer.
Why this works
Four things change for clients when an agency is set up the way we've set ours up.
01
Speed
The traditional agency cadence is a kick-off, a strategy deck, then three weeks of quiet before the next review. We work the other way round. Issues get caught the day they appear. Content gets reviewed and refreshed every month, not once a year. By the time a quarterly review meeting would have happened, you've already had a quarter's worth of compounding gains.
02
Consistency
Most retainers visibly drop output over Christmas, half-term, summer, or whenever the strategist running the account is on holiday. We don't do that. The output you get in August is the same as the output you get in February. Clients on the book notice it in the rankings curve, the seasonal dips that are normal across the industry don't show up.
03
Depth
Senior people are expensive. That's why most agencies put a junior on the daily account work and a senior in the strategy meeting once a month. We don't do that either. Every minor issue, a 404, a schema error after a theme update, a Search Console alert, a category page that lost a position overnight, gets seen, evaluated, and either fixed or queued for a senior to call on. Nothing slips, nothing waits a fortnight.
04
Economics
If you wanted the same volume of monthly work from a traditional agency, you'd pay three to five times the retainer. We don't. You aren't getting "a junior at the price of a senior", you're getting a senior team and a depth of work that the traditional agency model can't match at our fee.
