Facebook Ads Agency Built Around What Actually Sells
Senior account managers running Facebook and Instagram campaigns tied to revenue. Conversions API as default. Creative iteration based on actual ad performance, not arbitrary monthly drops.
What we do
-
Account architecture
Campaign, ad-set and ad-level structure built around your funnel, cold prospecting, warm engagement, hot remarketing, so the algorithm has the right signals to optimise against. Not one-campaign-fits-all.
-
Audience strategy
Lookalikes, interest stacks, broad targeting where it works, custom audiences from your CRM. We test which audiences drive revenue, not which ones are clever in the deck.
-
Creative testing
We test creative continuously, angles, hooks, formats, and scale the winners. Briefs and copy are ours; production (video, static, UGC) is a separate scope. See the FAQ for how that works.
-
Conversions API + iOS 14
Server-side tracking via the Conversions API is set up as default before a campaign runs, not as a post-iOS-14 upsell. Means signal quality survives ATT and you can actually trust the data in Ads Manager.
-
Reporting tied to revenue
Monthly reports written by the human running your account. What we tested, what won, what the data revealed about your customers, and what we are testing next. No dashboard PDFs nobody opens.
-
Creative partnership
We don't produce creative, we run the testing programme on what you ship. If you don't have a creative partner, we'll happily recommend one. Honest scope is part of the offer, not a footnote.
How a Meta Ads engagement runs
Most agencies sell a kick-off, a strategy deck, and three weeks of silence before the first ad ships. Here is the actual rhythm.
-
Free audit (week 0)
Account review covering structure, tracking health, audience setup, creative performance, attribution, and where spend is leaking. We tell you what's working, what's broken, and whether Meta is even the right channel for your business right now. No commitment.
-
Foundations (weeks 1–2)
Conversions API + Pixel deployed cleanly, audiences rebuilt, account structure restructured around your funnel, baseline reporting tied to revenue. Most accounts find recoverable signal in this phase alone.
-
Test, scale, prune (month 2 onwards)
Creative testing programme runs continuously across cold, warm, and hot stages. Winners get scaled into dedicated ad sets; losers come out fast. New angles cycle in monthly. The compounding work most retainers don't actually do.
-
Quarterly strategic review
Every 90 days we step back: which audiences pay back, where creative is fatiguing, what the funnel data is telling us about messaging, where the next quarter's budget should sit. You get a real human and a real plan, not a screen-scraped PDF.
Where Meta Ads spend leaks, and how we get it back
The reason most Meta Ads accounts underperform isn't that the platform is broken, it's that the fundamentals were skipped. Tracking gets installed wrong, so the algorithm optimises against unreliable signal. Audiences get built from interest stacks that were copy-pasted off a webinar. Creative ships in monthly batches with no testing structure underneath, so the agency calls a "winner" by gut. Each individual decision is small; together they leak 30-50% of the budget.
Peak Digital's Meta Ads programme is structured around what actually compounds. Senior account managers run every brief, no juniors templating someone else's framework against your data. The Conversions API is set up as default, not as a post-iOS-14 upsell, so signal quality survives Apple's tracking restrictions and the numbers in Ads Manager actually mean something. Creative testing runs continuously rather than in monthly drops, with winners cycling into dedicated scaling ad sets and losers cut fast. Reporting is tied back to revenue and pipeline, not to the click-through rate on your most clever ad.
One thing we are explicit about: we don't produce the creative. We write the briefs and the copy, build the audience structure, run the testing programme, and decide what scales, but the actual production work (video edits, static graphics, UGC) sits with you or with a creative partner. Most ecommerce and lead-gen Meta accounts already have a creative source; if you don't, we'll happily recommend one. Honest scope is part of the offer rather than a footnote in a contract, the management fee covers what we actually do, and creative gets sourced separately at its own cost.
For the same reason we work alongside Google Ads rather than in a silo. Paid social and paid search are different intent layers, search captures demand that already exists, social creates the demand. Most accounts running both well see the channels lift each other; running one without the other usually under-delivers. Conversion rate optimisation is bundled into our Meta Ads retainers at no extra cost, the same team running your campaigns runs the test programme on the landing pages they bid into, which is how it should work.
The honest caveat: Meta Ads requires enough spend to clear the algorithm's learning phase. Without enough media behind them, ad sets struggle to exit learning, the testing programme can't compound, and the reports start to read like noise. We're upfront in the audit about whether your spend supports a full management retainer or whether the right next investment is somewhere else first.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Meta Ads management cost?
The fee scales sensibly with the size of the campaign. No setup fee, no contract lock-in. Creative production is not included, see the next FAQ.
Do you produce the creative? (videos, static, UGC)
No. The management fee covers account structure, audience strategy, ad-copy writing, creative briefing, the testing programme, and reporting. The actual production work, video edits, static graphics, UGC, motion design, is sourced separately, either by you or by a creative partner we'll recommend. Most accounts already have a creative source; if you don't, we know good ones at a few different price points and will introduce you. The honest reason we don't bundle production: you'll usually get better creative, faster, from a specialist than from an account manager moonlighting in After Effects.
How long until I see results?
Tracking + Conversions API + account restructuring lands in weeks 1–2. The first set of testing creative ships in week 3–4. Statistically meaningful winners typically appear from month two onwards; meaningful aggregate revenue lift compounds from month three to four. Anyone promising 5x ROAS in week one is either selling vibes or using last-touch attribution to claim what was already converting.
Facebook Ads vs Instagram Ads, do you do both?
Yes. Meta is one platform now, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network all run through Ads Manager and share the same delivery system. We optimise placements based on where your audience actually converts, which varies by category. Some clients see 80% of revenue from Instagram Reels; others see it from Facebook feed. The test data tells us, not the brief.
How do you handle iOS 14 / ATT and the Conversions API?
Conversions API is set up as default before any spend, not as a post-launch upgrade. CAPI sends events server-side from your site, your CRM, and your offline conversions where applicable, which dramatically improves signal quality after Apple's tracking restrictions. Most agencies still treat CAPI as a separate scope item, we don't, because without it the data in Ads Manager is genuinely unreliable on iOS traffic.
How often do you ship new creative for testing?
Continuous, not monthly batches. The testing programme runs all the time across cold, warm, and hot stages, typically 3–6 active tests per audience, refreshed as winners and losers declare. We don't send creative briefs in monthly drops; we send them when the testing data tells us a fresh angle is needed (creative fatigue, audience saturation, declining CTR). Production cadence on your side ends up averaging around 4–8 new creatives per month for most accounts, but the trigger is data not the calendar.
Do you run paid social on TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or other platforms?
Not as part of the Meta Ads retainer, that fee covers Facebook + Instagram (Meta) only. TikTok and LinkedIn are different platforms with different optimisation models, audiences, and attribution behaviour. We can set up and run them on a separate scope; we'll be honest about where they fit and where they don't (most B2B Meta budgets actually belong on LinkedIn instead, we'll tell you in the audit).
Do I own my Meta Ads account?
Yes. Always. Your Business Manager, ad accounts, pixels, conversion API endpoints, custom audiences, creative library, all yours. We get added as a partner with the access we need, never as the owner. If we ever stop working together, you keep everything we built. No clawbacks, no migration fees, no "agency-owned" pixels.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No. 30-day notice and we go separate ways. Everything we have built, account structure, tracking setup, audience library, testing data, stays on your side. We don't believe in retention through contracts. if the work isn't worth what you're paying, you should leave.
