This month's findings
Estate agents edged up in June 2026, with head-term CPC at £1.62 from £1.57 and tail-term CPC at £1.88 from £1.86. Both series remain below their year-ago levels, head by 4.5 per cent and tail by 14.1 per cent, and below their prior 12-month averages of £1.67 and £2.04 by 2.8 and 7.6 per cent respectively. The tail premium narrowed to £0.26, level with the tightest readings of the 24-month window and down from a peak of £0.53 in September 2025. Estate agents holds the lowest head-term CPC of any vertical in the Index this month. The sample stood at 24 keywords.
