UK PPC Index for Lettings Agents for August 2026

This month's findings

Lettings agents recorded the largest sustained climb in the Peak Digital UK PPC Index this month, setting 24-month highs on both series: head-term CPC at £2.85 and tail-term CPC at £2.63. Head rose 17.9 per cent on May and tail rose 14.4 per cent, extending a run that has taken head 55.4 per cent above June 2025 and tail 51.9 per cent above. Both sit roughly 50 per cent above their prior 12-month averages of £1.90 and £1.76, the widest such deviation of any vertical in the panel this month. Head CPC has nearly trebled from the £0.99 recorded in September 2024, the low of the window. Tail continues to trade below head, with the gap at £0.22, its widest across the 24 months, on a sample of 24 keywords.
